Account activity and security logging

While signed in, Netcell records account sessions, visited page/section names, estimated visible and non-idle time, and selected actions to support account security and abuse review. Authentication outcomes and API request outcomes are recorded on the server.

We do not collect input values, passwords, OTPs, API tokens, page contents, arbitrary query strings, screen recordings, or unique device fingerprints through this logging feature. Network addresses are stored as a keyed hash and a coarse network prefix; browser/device labels are approximate.

Behavior/session telemetry is retained for 90 days, with expiry processed in bounded batches. Existing transactions, orders and security cases follow their separate retention policies. Authorized security administrators can review telemetry; access and case decisions are audited.

Time and browser actions are estimates and may be incomplete. Risk alerts require human review and do not automatically freeze balances or ban accounts. This notice describes account security logging, not optional advertising analytics.
